Damian was born and raised in Brisbane. He completed his university studies at the University of Queensland, graduating in 2003 with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Dental Science. Following graduation, Damian worked for 2 years with Queensland Health in rural Queensland where he was Senior Dentist in Stanthorpe and Goondiwindi. During this time, Damian also worked in Longreach, Winton and Barcaldine.
In 2006, Damian made the move to Ingham after purchasing the practice of Maurie Filei, now known as Hinchinbrook Dental Group.
Damian enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and loves helping his patients achieve a happy, healthy smile. Damian is qualified to carry out Invisalign (teeth straightening without braces) treatment. Damian likes to make his patients feel comfortable and their dental visit as relaxing as possible. Damian is committed to a high standard of care through continuing professional development.
Outside of work, Damian is happily married with a new born son and 2 dogs. Damian considers Ingham his home. He loves anything to do with sport and all that the Hinchinbrook district has to offer; including trying his luck fishing the Hinchinbrook Channel or a day out on the reef (although he has more success at the local fish shop). Damian is actively involved in both the Ingham Squash and Golf clubs and is a member of Herbert River Rotary and the Ingham Maraka Festival Committee.
